1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between ck 777 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the registered user ("you", "member"). This document sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties and constitutes a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Applicability and Effective Date

These Terms take effect from the date of the latest update. They apply to you from the moment you access the platform. Any previous version of the Terms is considered void upon the publication of a new version.

Using any service on the platform — including playing games, placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1.3 Age Restriction

ck 777 strictly provides services to adults only. Any person under the age of 21 is not eligible to create an account or use the platform. Providing a false age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts created using the same device, IP address or payment method are also covered by this rule.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any details change — such as your mobile number or payment method — you must update your profile promptly. Providing incorrect or false information may delay the withdrawal process if account verification cannot be completed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. 2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ck 777 is ৳300. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally processed quickly. Funds may only be deposited from your own payment method — deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or placed on hold where KYC verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency and Accounts

All transactions on ck 777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No other currency is supported on this platform. Your account balance will always show real funds and bonus funds separately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ck 777 may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the bonus requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers before it can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

ck 777 regularly runs various promotional offers, such as weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses and special weekend offers. Each promotion has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular players can progress through the VIP program across Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for that week. The rules governing VIP level changes are at the platform's discretion.

5.1 Validity of Game Results

All game outcomes on ck 777 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, we will attempt to complete that round or return the bet.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. A bet placed without sufficient balance will not be accepted. ck 777 reserves the right to adjust the betting limits for any member.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sports including cricket and football. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet amount will be refunded, though specific event rules may apply in certain cases. Multi-bets, live betting and other betting formats will display their own terms within that section.

6.1 List of Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to manipulate games using software, bots or automation
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Operating an account or placing bets in the name of a third party
• Harassing platform staff or other members
• Attempting to verify an account using false identity or documents

6.2 Monitoring of Suspicious Activity

ck 777 monitors all account activity through both automated and manual methods. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended for verification. Following the investigation, a decision will be made to either reactivate the account or close it permanently.

7.1 Suspension by the Platform

In cases of breach of these Terms or suspicious activity, ck 777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The balance of an account closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

7.2 Closure Request by the User

If you wish to close your account, you may inform the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all outstanding bonus requirements must be cleared and any available balance must be withdrawn.

8.1 Service Availability

ck 777 aims to keep the platform available at all times, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. ck 777 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from service unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Services

ck 777 is not directly liable for failures of third-party services such as payment gateways and game providers. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving such issues.

8.3 Player Responsibility for Decisions
