ck 777 — Ways of the Qilin — Seeking Big Wins with the Qilin's Blessing
This slot is built around the mysterious Qilin from Chinese mythology and is one of PG Soft's stronger titles. Here is everything you need to know about how the game works at ck 777, which features matter most, and how to play while keeping your budget in check.
The Qilin of Chinese Mythology and This Slot
Ways of the Qilin is a video slot by PG Soft with a theme drawn directly from ancient Chinese mythology. The Qilin is the legendary creature regarded as a symbol of good fortune and prosperity. The game's visual design features red-and-gold illustrated symbols, exotic dragon-like creatures, lotus flowers, and Chinese lantern motifs. The entire reel set has a festive feel — colorful, much like a fair.
The game has 6 reels and 5 rows, and wins are counted across 4,096 ways. This means it moves beyond the traditional payline system and uses a ways mechanic, where matching symbols on adjacent reels from left to right count as a win — regardless of their exact position on a line. This setup opens up far more winning opportunities.
Like other PG Soft titles, it runs well on mobile, so playing on your phone is straightforward. You can find this game directly in ck 777's slots section.

What Happens in a Spin — From Bet to Win
Before starting the game, you set your bet size. Ways of the Qilin lets you choose anywhere from the minimum bet up to higher amounts per spin. Increasing your bet raises the value of each win, but your balance decreases faster.
Reel Layout
The game's 6×5 grid shows 30 symbols on screen with each spin. If any symbol appears on consecutive reels from left to right, a win is counted. With 4,096 ways, multiple combinations can win at the same time.

Symbol Types
The game generally features two tiers of symbols — high-value (Kirin, Phoenix, Dragon, Turtle) and low-value (card symbols A, K, Q, J). Wild symbols can substitute for any other symbol to complete a win. Landing a set number of Scatter symbols activates the free spins bonus round.
Bonus Round
In the free spins round, an initial set of spins is played at no charge. During this round, Wild symbols can become Sticky — meaning they stay in place for several spins. A Multiplier feature can also increase winnings by a set factor. The highest win potential in the game is found mainly in this free spins round.
Qilin Wild
Lands anywhere on the reels and acts as a substitute for other symbols, potentially activating multiple winning paths at once.
Wild FeatureScatter and Free Spins
Landing 3 or more Scatters triggers the free spins round. More Scatters means more free spins.
Bonus RoundMaximum Win
The maximum win in Ways of the Qilin can reach many multiples of the bet, primarily when a Multiplier is active during the bonus round.

What Is Volatility and How Much Does This Game Have?
Volatility refers to how regularly wins come and how large each win tends to be. High-volatility games can go many spins without a win, then deliver a large one. Low-volatility games pay out more frequently but in smaller amounts.
Ways of the Qilin is considered a medium-to-high volatility game. This means several spins can pass without a notable win, but when the bonus round triggers, it can return a large amount at once.
Budget and Time Management
Players who want to play for longer on a small budget should start with smaller bets. Smaller bets make your balance last longer and keep the chance of hitting a bonus round the same. Players who prefer chasing larger wins at higher risk can use bigger bets, but should keep their sessions shorter.
In short, this game suits players who are willing to wait patiently for the bonus round and are not discouraged when a spin does not return much.
Practical Tips Worth Knowing Before You Play
-
Try demo mode first: If ck 777 offers a demo or fun mode for this game, use it before playing with real money. It will give you a feel for the reel layout, how the bonus triggers, and the value of each symbol.
-
Set your session budget in advance: Decide how much you are willing to spend in each session before you start. For example, if your session budget is ৳500, stop once that is used — do not add more money that day.
-
Follow a stop limit: Decide to stop once a set portion of your balance — say 30% — is gone. Sticking to this rule helps you avoid a sudden large loss.
-
Set aside part of your winnings: If the bonus round brings a big win, put a portion of it aside and do not play with it again. Betting all winnings back is a common mistake.
-
Watch your playing time: Concentration drops during long unbroken sessions, which increases the chance of poor decisions. Take a break every 30–45 minutes.
-
Responsible gaming: Follow the responsible gaming guidelines — this is not just a rule, it matters for your own financial wellbeing.

Common Myths About Slots and the Truth
There are many common misconceptions about slot games that can actually cause harm if believed. Here are a few widespread myths and the truth behind them:
This is completely false. Every spin is independent and has no connection to previous spins. The RNG (Random Number Generator) produces a random result on every spin — the game does not "owe" you a win.
Past results do not influence the next spin. Being patient is fine, but placing a bigger bet because "a win must be coming" is a bad decision.
Raising your bet after a loss — known as "chasing losses" — is one of the most dangerous habits. It increases the risk of an even bigger loss.
When your session budget runs out, close the game. Starting fresh the next day with a clear head is far more effective.
The game's RNG does not consider what time of day it is or how many people are playing at once. The time of day does not change a slot's results.
The game's mathematical structure is fixed — day or night does not change it.
Bet size affects how much you win, but the probability of landing a Scatter or triggering a bonus stays the same. A bonus round can arrive just as easily on a small bet.
The bonus trigger rate does not depend on bet size. You can hit a bonus round on a small bet just as well.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Playing slots is entertainment — not a source of income. Always avoid playing to recover lost money, playing with borrowed money, or using funds meant for family needs. The 21+ age rule must be strictly followed.
How This Game Compares to Other Slots at ck 777
ck 777 offers various types of slots — some classic 3-reel, some 5-reel payline-based, some using the Megaways mechanic, and others using a ways system. Ways of the Qilin represents the ways system category, and it stands apart within that group for a few reasons:
6 Reels vs 5 Reels
Most popular slots use 5 reels. Ways of the Qilin's 6 reels means more symbols land on screen at once and the number of possible combinations is significantly higher.
4,096 Ways
Payline games typically have 25–50 lines. 4,096 ways means winning combinations are spread much more widely.
Theme and Visuals
Compared to PG Soft games like Fortune Tiger or Mahjong Ways, the visuals here are more expansive and the animations are richer.
Megaways vs Ways
In Megaways games (such as those by BTG), reel sizes change each spin. In a ways game, reel size stays fixed — making gameplay a bit more predictable.
